- Q: Are your Detergents SAFE for my children / pets?
- A: Yes! Our products contain only natural ingredients. In fact, the only chemical needed to be listed on the MSDS sheet is Isopropynol Alcohol, which immediately evaporates! Our products also contain Tea Tree Oil, a natural disinfectant & deodorizer.
- Q: What are some of the common problems associated with improper carpet cleaning?
- A: Depending on the method, the most common problems people face with improper cleaning: The carpets are wet for more than 6 hrs. Next: The carpets are quickly resoiling and spots start to reappear, days if not weeks later. Clean Carpets makes sure this will not happen!
- Q: What makes Clean Carpets method Safe & Effective?
- A: We use 100% SAFE detergents to clean out your carpets. We make sure your carpet DOES NOT get over wet. Our machines clean effectively to remove soil and recover moisture, with out harming fibers or luster.
- Q: What about dry chemical methods? Aren't they better than water based cleaning?
- A: Every method has its place. Generally Dry Methods are granular compounds that are very absorbent and pull soil into them. This works well for maintenance, but can be troublesome for more soiled areas.
- Q: What about Trashed Carpeting, or Heavily soiled carpets?
- A: While Encapsulation is a great cleaner, it has limits. This is why we use state of the art flushing machines, called High Flow Extractors. These portable machines conveniently hook up in side and extract more water & dirt than most Truck Mounts. This enables them to be dry, fast!
